Jaime’s background is in sports medicine having received her BA in Athletic Training from Loras College and her MS in Athletic Training from Northern Iowa University. Jaime has been a Certified Athletic Trainer working to keep a wide variety of athletes healthy and competing at their best for over 10 years. Various settings have exposed her to many different levels of athletes including middle school, high school, Division I and Olympic athletes as well as fitness beginners.
As an athlete, Jaime played four years of collegiate volleyball during her undergrad. She started CrossFit in 2011 and since then has competed in multiple weightlifting meets and CrossFit competitions including the 2017 Fittest Games as an individual and the 2016 and 2017 South Central CrossFit Regionals on a team.
Jaime has two fur babies at home, Dixie the American bulldog/boxer who spends a lot of time at the gym and Oliver a very feisty orange cat that uses the toilet. If she can teach a cat to use a toilet she can teach you CrossFit!!

Kendyll Holmes
Coach
Kendyll graduated in 2017 with a BS in Kinesiology from Texas A&M. She grew up showing horses but started lifting her freshman year of college. After her sophomore year she decided to change her major to Kinesiology to pursue fitness as a career. Kendyll was always interested in CrossFit but wasn’t brave enough to take the plunge until 2015. “I’m so happy I did because I fell in love and haven’t looked back since.” In October 2017 Kendyll got her L1 as a graduation gift from her family and is hoping to purse more certifications soon.
At home Kendyll has a feisty kitten named Cleo who demands all of her attention.
Skills
Carina Morgan
Coach
Carina received her Bachelor’s degree in Math & Psychology, and went on to get an MS in Nutrition and an MS in Medical Research. She earned her CF-L1 in 2016 and has been coaching ever since. She has also coached high school basketball for 15 years and cross country on and off for the last 2 years.
As a collegiate basketball player and cross country runner, Carina realized the importance of nutrition, strength, and functionality of movement through personal trial & error. Carina is passionate not just about fitness, but about overall health for everyone, including movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and relationships.
Carina has 2 adorable and very needy Australian Shepherds at home who take the term ‘velcro dog’ to entirely new levels – but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
